Angels Of Sin – Heart Of Ice – Lara Steel

Dorian trailed off. The change in his expression alarmed Elizah. “What is it?” “He’s here.” 1kitap1.com/en lizah’s eyes widened. “Who?” she whispered. “The stranger. The one.” “The one who forced you to be a traitor?” Dorian nodded. “I don’t know if my illusion will work on him, but it would really help if I knew that before I met him.” Elizah shook her head. “But that means my father knows him.”
He nodded. “And it means he must trust him, or he wouldn’t have sum- moned him as soon as I showed up with you.” “Yeah, looks that way.” Elizah thought for a moment, then went back to the wardrobe. She threw on a second dress. It was translucent, so that the dark fabric of the one under it showed through. Suitable attire for a de- mon in the courtship phase. She paused, then turned to face Dorian.
“My father assumes we’ve been together.” Dorian looked at her quizzically. “You implied that we were.” “You need to mark me.” “What do you mean?” “With your teeth.” “I’m sorry?” She went to him and tilted her head back. “Bite me.” “What?” “I need a mark from you.” “But…” “We don’t have time, damn it. I want to go to my father and see who’s with him. But they both need to see that your courtship is signed and sealed.” She moved so close to him that he would normally have stepped back.
But he didn’t. Instead, he took a fistful of her ash blonde hair and pulled her head even farther back. Then he bent over her. Elizah’s pulse raced, dancing in her veins. She involuntarily closed her eyes. When she felt Dorian’s lips on her shoulder, it was as if a bolt of lightning shot through her body. He gently kissed her pale skin, then he opened his mouth.

Steel 1kitap1.com/en E P R O L O G U E lizah stretched until her ankles clicked. For a moment, she didn’t know where she was. But then, as the uncomfortable heat flushed her cheeks and the stale air as- saulted her nostrils, she remembered: she was in hell – or rather the Tract, as the other demons called it.
She had resisted for far too long before her father Ad’har, the am- bassador of the demon elders, had finally sent her to hell to receive her training. And now she had been stuck here for three endless weeks. She hated it. She hated the heat, because demons liked it cold. She hated her cramped room.
At home she had a whole wing to herself. And above all, she hated the work. It wasn’t about being forced to learn how to efficiently torture corrupted souls; no, it was because she had no choice in the matter, and it was going to stay that way for the foreseeable future. She swung her legs out of her narrow bed and rubbed her face.
Her father constantly reminded her that she needed to show her- self to be a quick learner, conscientious, and especially sadistic in the training period. His reputation as ambassador was at stake. And in particular, he wanted Elizah to make him look good in the eyes of the director of hell, whose name no one knew and whom everyone simply called the boss.
