I believe that mindfulness, when coupled with intention, serves as a shield against external distractions. The noise is inevitable as, in most cases, external judgment will be directed toward you if you have high aspirations.

Yet, this shield will prove its worth in your pursuit of achievement, cultivating mental fortitude and clarity along your journey. Lastly, meditation assists with building a stronger sense of patience, which is an essential element in striving for achievement. The visualization aspect of meditation can allow you to see a version of yourself that is not bound by any limitations or predefined identities.
