He was very impressed with you. He’s going to purchase his own pet.” I cringe. I don’t want any other women to be treated as pets. The idea makes my stomach churn. No one on the space station has a choice, though. Even if I could warn them about what they’re facing, it wouldn’t change the fact that resources are running out.
