I practically choked out, \u201cWhat is that?\u201d Nora tipped it to the side, so I could see her sly lips sling upward.<\/p>\n

Just a little memento.\u201d \u201cBabe, you can\u2019t steal from her.\u201d Nora shouldered past me. \u201cShe stole my cocoa bombs!\u201d \u201cAllegedly,\u201d I whispered as we exited the house. Liam had a crazy detailed security system, so he\u2019d be watching all this play out later, if he wasn\u2019t already watching on his phone right now.<\/p>\n

Nora moved down the driveway, cumbersome because of how large the Santa was. \u201cI know she placed that order. I just have to find where she put them all, and you know it\u2019s really sad because the only people who get hurt in this are the girls.\u201d I rolled my eyes behind her back because the girls would be just as happy with regular cocoa as they were with those bombs she always gets. The girls loved the first time she did it because they didn\u2019t know what to expect; now, the novelty had worn off a bit.<\/p>\n
