\u201cDo something!\u201d Bethany begged Mia and Charlotte. \u201cPlease!\u201d Charlotte glanced down at her pendant. It was glowing very weakly now, but there was just enough magic to make one more wish. ballet Dream She and Mia formed a heart with their pendants. \u201cI wish for the floor to go back to normal,\u201d Charlotte said. The ice vanished and Tyra finished her dance with a series of huge jumps.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat was brilliant,\u201d said Bethany, hugging her friend as she came off stage. \u201cAre you sure?\u201d Tyra asked breathlessly. \u201cSomething weird happened to the floor.\u201d They hurried into the rehearsal room so Bethany could get ready. \u201cOh no,\u201d groaned Charlotte. \u201cOh yes,\u201d said Princess Poison, swinging Bethany\u2019s jazz shoes around by their laces. \u201cYou have no magic left to stop me now.\u201d Decision Time She pointed her wand and said: \u201cPrincess Poison won\u2019t be beat, Give this dancer two left feet!\u201d<\/p>\n

Green magic flowed from her wand to Bethany\u2019s shoes, then Princess Poison threw them on the ground. \u201cYou\u2019re horrible!\u201d Mia said. Ballet Dream \u201cIf the shoe fits, wear it,\u201d said Princess Poison, shrugging nonchalantly. Bethany tried to put her shoes on. The left shoe fit, but she couldn\u2019t stuff her right foot into the other shoe. \u201cI can\u2019t dance in two \u201cOh no,\u201d gasped Princess Poison, feigning concern. \u201cYou shan\u2019t go to the ball!\u201d Smirking at Mia and Charlotte, she added, \u201cAnd neither will the Secret Princesses.\u201d Then she waved her wand and vanished with a flash of green light.<\/p>\n

Bethany\u2019s shoulders slumped sadly. \u201cWho is left shoes,\u201d she said. Decision Time that mean lady ?\u201d she asked. \u201cHer name is Princess Poison,\u201d said Charlotte. \u201cShe used to be a Secret Princess, but now she uses her magic to spoil wishes.\u201d \u201cI wish we could help you,\u201d said Mia, placing her hand on Bethany\u2019s shoulder.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut we\u2019ve used up all our magic.\u201d \u201cShe doesn\u2019t need magic,\u201d said Tyra. She handed Bethany a pair of jazz shoes. \u201cOur feet are the same size,\u201d she said. \u201cYou can borrow my shoes!\u201d \u201cAre you sure?\u201d Bethany asked.<\/p>\n
