\u201cI just prefer not to.\u201d \u201cDo you have any ranch dressing?\u201d he asks. \u201cYou couldn\u2019t have asked me that when I was in the kitchen getting you plates and napkins?\u201d He laughs. \u201cWhere is it? I\u2019ll get it.\u201d \u201cFridge.\u201d He sets his plate down and disappears, and then he reappears with the dressing. \u201cLow fat?\u201d he whines. I plaster on a fake grin. \u201cIf this is going to be a thing, we have got to get you to a grocery store.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOne, it\u2019s not going to be a thing because you go back to New York tomorrow, and two, how the hell do you have abs that look like that if you eat pizza and ranch dressing all the time?\u201d He chuckles but doesn\u2019t answer my question. Instead, he squirts some ranch onto his plate, dips his pizza into it, and then takes a bite. His eyes roll back in his head as if it is the best thing he has ever eaten in his life.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh God,\u201d he murmurs, and it\u2019s actually fairly reminiscent of what happened about an hour earlier when he blew his load. I can\u2019t help my giggle. \u201cYou try it,\u201d he says. \u201cRanch,\u201d I say, and he dutifully squirts a dollop onto my plate. I dip the very edge of my crust into the creamy dressing and then take the teeniest, tiniest bite I can manage. \u201cWell?\u201d he asks as I chew. I swallow. \u201cIt\u2019s okay,\u201d I say with a shrug.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a lie, but I can\u2019t admit it to him. I\u2019ve spent my whole life being the stubborn brat who would never eat pizza. It\u2019s a signature part of who I am. Everyone knows me as the girl who doesn\u2019t eat pizza. If I admit that pizza dipped in ranch dressing is actually the most delicious thing I\u2019ve eaten in a long-ass time, it\u2019s like I\u2019m giving away a little piece of myself to Carter. I\u2019m not entirely sure I\u2019m ready for him to possess a piece of me.<\/p>\n

Not yet. * * * It\u2019s dark when my eyes pop open and I\u2019m forced from my dream, which is a bummer, because it was a good one. Carter was just pushing into me after he\u2019d spent hours licking, sucking, and kissing my lady bits. It was a dream firmly based in reality, because it was what he did to me for a good portion of the night. \u201cShit,\u201d Carter mutters. \u201cYou okay?\u201d I ask. \u201cSorry. I was trying not to wake you and I knocked something off the nightstand.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFail.\u201d I sit up and rub my eyes. The only light in the room is from the screen of Carter\u2019s cell phone. \u201cI have to go.\u201d My eyes are adjusting to the darkness, and I can tell he\u2019s pulling on his clothes. I, however, am still buck naked. \u201cDo you have time for one more quickie?\u201d<\/p>\n
