Next, dip the shrimp in the egg, followed by the breadcrumb-coconut mixture. 5. Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Repeat the process until all shrimp are coated. 7. Drizzle the shrimp all over with olive oil 8. Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes, until golden.<\/p>\n<p>9. When the shrimp are sufficiently cooked, and drizzle with the remaining lime juice and sprinkle with the remaining lime zest. Season as needed. 10. Eat at once and enjoy.
