Dreams are pure imagination, and imagination has no limits\u2014so why dreams should be bound by reality? We can\u2019t control what we dream about or who appears in them.\u201d He pauses, his eyes locking with mine, and I wonder what he meant by \u2018who.\u2019<\/p>\n

He\u2019s truly something\u2014so rare, so sensible. “That\u2019s a beautiful thought, Dev. But what if dreams set us up for heartbreak? Maybe that\u2019s what Saanvi was trying to make me understand.” “Anything is possible if the universe conspires to make it happen. It\u2019s just a matter of time.” “Oh, you really think so? Is it okay to have foolish dreams?” Dev chuckles at my question, and damn, it sounds like music to my ears.<\/p>\n

“Why call them foolish? One day, they might come true. Just keep dreaming.” He ruffles my hair like I\u2019m a kid, and I push his hand away playfully and I like this. \u201cThere\u2019s a food truck over there. Would you like to have anything?\u201d He inquires. \u201cCan I have Falooda(a mughalai cold dessert made with vermicelli)?\u201d \u201cSure!<\/p>\n

But you don\u2019t come out. I will go and bring it to you.\u201d \u201cIt’s okay! We can just eat at that truck.\u201d \u201cNo, no! It’s already cold outside. You will catch a cold so please be here. Let me bring it to you.\u201d<\/p>\n
