Carlos is getting hotels situated and transportation. I am on the phone with Laura. \u201cDimitri, I had no idea she was coming here, I haven\u2019t heard from her since she told me she was headed to the club with you. What did you do?\u201d I bite my knuckle; I hate discussing my relationship with Sofia to outsiders. Too many people in our business can be dangerous. \u201cI fucked up, but I want to make it right.\u201d<\/p>\n

She sighs and agrees to let me wait for Sofia at her home. I don\u2019t want to be in her home any more than she wants me there. But she knows how this family works. She cannot deny me access, I am her Pakhan, going against me would not be good for her. I don\u2019t like to pull rank, but when I need to I will. I am a very determined man.
