As I was going I saw that her bedroom door was open. I decided to hurt her even more. I went in and looked around to find something which might cause her pain. Her phone? Naah she doesn’t even use it that much. Her books? She already has so many of them.<\/p>\n

Her dresses? It might not hurt her that much. I was looking around some more when my gaze locked on something. Her BUNNY! She has since her childhood. Something evil crossed my mind and I took it with me to my room. Alessa’s Pov I was standing there all shocked. Did she really do that? Does she have no humanity left? She was ready to kill me because of her jealousy?<\/p>\n

I was too shocked to move when someone shaked me. It was Adrian \u2014 Mia\u2019s father. \u201cI saw what happened here..\u201d Maybe he will make Mia understand that she is wrong. \u201cDon’t you dare to tell that to anyone!\u201d He hissed. Guess I was wrong. After all, he is the father of that inhumane lady. \u201cI am warning you Alessa if you dare to say it to someone it won’t be good for you.\u201d<\/p>\n

He then left from there and I stood there thinking how parent’s ignorance led their child to their own destruction. I left from there and went back to my room. I changed my clothes and browsed through my phone as I wanted to keep my mind away from what had happened. I was feeling sleepy so I decided to grab my bunny and sleep.<\/p>\n

I searched for my bunny but it was nowhere to be found. Where did he go? I even slept in my room yesterday so it must be here. Maybe in Ethan’s room? I ran towards Ethan’s room. He wouldn’t be in his room as he was playing video games in the game room. I searched for my bunny all around but couldn’t find it.<\/p>\n

Chapter 1 Alessa’s Pov I woke up to the sound of my blaring alarm and opened my puffy eyes only to stare at the wall in front of me thinking God knows what, while snuggling with my bunny plushie. After some time of staring I came to my senses and got up from the bed to do my morning routine and got ready for my school. I went downstairs to have breakfast and sat down on my seat at the dining table. I wished good morning to everyone but no one acknowledged me which made my face fall.<\/p>\n

Sometimes, I feel really unwanted here. We were having our breakfast while chatting. Actually, they were chatting and I was just sitting there, silently eating my food or you could say no one bothered to involve me in their conversation but a particular sentence of my step sister, Mia caught my attention.<\/p>\n

\u201cMom, it’s my friend’s birthday party tomorrow and I want a new dress . Please give me some money.\u201d \u201cOh really, sure my child, why not. And do you need my help with your shopping? Mom chirped. Mia looked at me and gave me a smirk. \u201cOf course Mom, if my Mom won’t help me then who else will?\u201d<\/p>\n

My mom sent her a flying kiss and they resumed eating their food. Then I remembered my conversation with my mom that happened last night. I went to my parent’s room and knocked on their door. My mom hollered to come in. I entered the room and saw my dad sitting on the bed doing something on his laptop while my mom was doing her night time skin care routine.<\/p>\n
