Cassandras Destruction – El Beth

She was wrapped around in Pierce’s embrace. She tried to shove him off her as best as she could. But to no avail. “Hey… Hey move.” She said struggling to get away. “Pierce… Move over.” He cursed under his breath before getting off of her. “What? What the fuck is it that you have to fucking interrupt my sleep?”
Okay well not a happy person when he didn’t get enough sleep. She got out of the bed to use the bathroom. But not before replying to him. “Oh I don’t know, maybe because you were suffocating me. And your touch repulses me.” She said lying through her teeth. Fuck she was a dumb sort.
What on earth was she thinking falling into his arms? Especially after everything he did to her? She was one of those stupid girls that made the wrong choices all the time. When she returned he was sitting up, he walked passed her to use the toilet. Cas was in no mood for his shit. She was going to happily return to her uncle. She would rather be with her uncle then spend another minute with this fucker.
Thinking about it, Pierce had done nothing but break her heart from the moment he had laid eyes on her. She was not going to allow him access to her heart any longer. Pierce Hollroy was clearly the most heartless man she had ever met. She thought about Marsh, thought about what he would be thinking, about Wesley, would they care that she was out of their lives for good? Cassandra first and foremost needed to stop feeling sorry for herself. She had to get her head together to survive the next few days.
Her uncle would be livid when she returned, she would have fucked him up from a lot of money. Too fucking bad, deciding this very instant that she would never ever go back to doing his dirty work. He could do his worst. So could this fucker, she would figure her life out. Sort herself out.
Pierce Hollroy stared at the girl before him. He had no idea whatsoever what to do with her. Such a plain looking girl, her hair unkempt, her cheeks had a sprinkling of freckles. She had big sad eyes, brown eyes, full lips, and a cute nose. Nothing to stand out with, she was a plain Jane…
As plain as they got actually, a shy, boring girl, who wore over the top baggy clothes, who looked like she needed a shower, poor as they came, was waiting for him on his door step when he came home. “Your name?” He asked not knowing what the hell to do with her? Was she a whore? She frowned when he asked her the question for like the umpteenth time. When she did not reply once again he pinched the bridge of his nose. He was done, she was frustrating the fuck out of him.
“Fine, you can leave… I don’t want you here.” He said getting up. Her eyes were filled with fear. “Cassandra…” Her voice barely a whisper. “I didn’t quite get that?” He said putting his hand on his ear for a full impact. She bit her lip before replying again. “Cassandra…Or Cas.” Her eyes downcast.
“Look at me when you speak to me.” He said assertively, sitting back down while still assessing her. Her eyes shot up immediately. “Cassandra what?” Again she paused before replying. “Collins…” She was fidgeting with her hands. Collins, Collins, he was sure he knew that name… “Cassandra Collins… How old are you?” Again with the hesitation before she replied.
“Twenty…” “I don’t think you’re twenty… I don’t like liars…” She bit her lip as if trying to get out of it. She did not look twenty. If anything at all she looked like a minor. “Listen Cassandra…” “Cas…” He shook his head at her correction. “Yes… Cas, listen Cas, I am by no means a very patient man, I get bored easily, and dare I say you are boring me.
Answer the questions or be on your way.” He was seriously over this crap. “I am eighteen…” He raised an eyebrow at her. Shaking his head. “I turned eighteen last week.” She said after a small pause. He nodded his head. So after a gruesome hour he finally figured out who she was and why she was here.
