“I need to ask if you have any spare luggage. Lily’s trunks are overflowing. We can order new ones, but they most likely will not arrive in time for our departure to London.” I look around at the two trunks I have with me. Just my luck. “What is this address?” Turning Arthur’s letter toward me, I freeze. My mind goes blank. I had not considered anyone noticing that, so I do not have a lie prepared. Perhaps I can tell her the truth, at least about this. “He is the one who collects the mail for his family and the shop.

He said just to leave the box number at the post office when writing to him so it does not get mixed up with the shop’s important mail.”
